How Marc Tecke collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.

When you submit a form on this site — the contact form, the booking form, or the quote form — we collect the details you enter. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the service you are interested in, your budget range, your timeline, your preferred appointment date and time, and any message you write.
We ask for these details for one reason: to understand your project and reply with a useful answer. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below who help us operate the site.
Like most websites, we collect limited technical information when you visit: pages viewed, approximate location (city or country level), device and browser type, referring website, and time spent on pages. This is aggregate analytics data used to understand what is working on the site.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work, though some measurement will be lost.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It sets cookies and collects usage data as described above. You can opt out across all websites using Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
We use the Meta pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited this site. The pixel records page views and form submissions.
We also have Meta’s automatic advanced matching enabled. This means that when you submit a form, information such as your email address and phone number is hashed in your browser — converted into an irreversible string — before being sent to Meta, so Meta can measure whether an advert led to an enquiry. Meta receives the hashed values, not the readable details.
You can control how your data is used for advertising in your Facebook ad preferences and Instagram account settings.
Our forms are delivered by Formspree, which processes the submission and forwards it to our email inbox. Formspree acts as a processor of that data on our behalf.
This website is hosted by Hostinger. Standard server logs, including IP addresses, may be retained by the host for security and operational purposes.
Enquiry emails are kept while there is a realistic prospect of working together, and for the duration of any project plus a reasonable period afterwards for business records and tax purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of the platforms above. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email marctecke@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we aim to honour these requests regardless of where you are based.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us and limit who can access it.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
